As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, helping customers stay comfortable in their homes and businesses all year long. Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Communicate professionally and clearly via phone, email, and mail
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member
• Respond to customer requests submitted through forms, chats, emails, and calls
• Recommend products or services based on customer needs and feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic service issues or product concerns
• Open, update, and maintain customer accounts
• Assist with order placement, scheduling, payment processing, refunds, and exchanges
• Inform customers about promotions and special offers
• Make follow-up calls to check in on service satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up to date with evolving products, services, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Strong ability to build rapport and communicate clearly
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn business phone systems
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
