As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, helping customers stay comfortable in their homes and businesses all year long. Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Communicate professionally and clearly via phone, email, and mail
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member
- Respond to customer requests submitted through forms, chats, emails, and calls
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs and feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic service issues or product concerns
- Open, update, and maintain customer accounts
- Assist with order placement, scheduling, payment processing, refunds, and exchanges
- Inform customers about promotions and special offers
- Make follow-up calls to check in on service satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date with evolving products, services, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong ability to build rapport and communicate clearly
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn business phone systems
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
