We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning, managing, and executing a variety of events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.

Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations.

Manage on-site event staff and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Maintain accurate records, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
