Our organization is a network of five hospitals located in Central Illinois, currently seeking Family Medicine physicians to fill both immediate and future positions due to upcoming retirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fully equipped office with an established patient base, allowing for immediate productivity and enhanced earning potential.
Practice Highlights
- Flexible workweek options ranging from 3 to 5 days
- Manage an average of 18-22 patients per day, with a cap at 25
- Support from 2 dedicated Medical Assistants
- Three-year income guarantee of $295,000, plus a $50,000 signing bonus
- Receive a $150,000 commencement bonus
