Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMCummins Worldwide is a growing accounting company.We are looking for the person who will become the front door of our company.This is not a typical receptionist job.
This is an interesting, client-facing, business-aware role for someone who enjoys professionalism, structure, and meaningful work.You may be a great fit if you are:
- Calm, confident, and naturally professional
- Comfortable speaking with executives, clients, and candidates
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Well-spoken and presentable

You do not need a finance background — training is provided.
You do need strong communication skills, maturity, and dependability.What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients, guests, and candidates
- Answer phones and route calls professionally
- Manage incoming emails and website inquiries
- Keep reception, kitchen, and conference rooms organized
- Receive packages and manage deliveries
- Order office supplies and support office operations
- Assist with scheduling interviews and applicant flow
- Support basic client intake for one of our service divisions
You’ll be trained on your post.
