Part-Time Payroll Coordinator
We’re hiring a Part-Time Payroll Coordinator to support our accounting team with payroll processing and employee record updates. This in-office role is 25–30 hours per week and ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with deadlines.
Key Requirements:

Must be available to work in-office every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—these are critical payroll processing days

Must be able to work onsite at our office in Arvada (this is not a remote position)
Part-Time Payroll Coordinator duties include:

Processing payroll using Paylocity and QuickBooks
-
Verifying timesheets and reactivating employee records
-
Assisting with onboarding and compliance documentation

Preparing payroll invoices and reports
Qualifications:

2+ years in accounting or payroll

Experience with Paylocity and QuickBooks

Strong Excel and Word skills
-
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
