13-Week Assignment
Promontory Point Rehabilitation is currently seeking experienced Travel LPNs for a 13-week night shift assignment. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive skilled nursing and rehab environment while exploring the scenic areas of Idaho.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Ammon, ID & Falls City, ID
- Shift: Nights
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient recovery
Requirements:
- Active LPN license (Idaho or compact)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (SNF/Rehab preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Flexibility and strong communication skills
