We’re seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC OR CFY) to join a collaborative school team in LaPorte County, IN for the 2025–2026 school year.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide play-based speech and language therapies for 3–5-year-old students in a supportive educational setting.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or SLP Clinical Fellowship approval (CFY), along with an Indiana Speech Language Pathology License and Indiana Professional Educator License (PEL), are required.

Position Details:

• Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–3:15pm

• Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Grade Levels: Early childhood (3–5 years old)

• Caseload: TBD

• Start Date: August 11th, 2025

• End Date: June 1st, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide play-based therapy services to support young students’ speech, language, and communication needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.

• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or SLP Clinical Fellowship approval (CFY).

• Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Indiana.

• Indiana Professional Educator License (PEL).

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
