Pay: From $40,000.00-$60,000 per year

Position: 7th Grade Teacher

Reports To: Campus Director

Employment: Full Time

Qualifications

• Born-again Christian, aligned with JCA’s Statement of Faith & Pillars of Truth
• Active member/regular attendee of n local church
• Holds an Iowa teaching license

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom instruction in assigned subject areas for 7th grade students.
• Prepare and submit weekly lesson plans
• Use varied instructional strategies to meet student needs
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
• Maintain a clean, orderly classroom environment
• Attend staff meetings and participate in school events
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Support the mission of JCA with joy, diligence, and professionalism
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Schools
