Greenvolt Power USA, a leading innovator in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our team and keep our Boston office running smoothly. This is an in-person role offering flexibility in how your 20 weekly hours are scheduled.


Key Responsibilities


🗂 Administrative & Office Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate facility upkeep
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Keep common areas tidy (e.g., occasional light surface cleaning)\


🤝 Team & Staff Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Support onboarding of new hires and workspace setup
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, and team meetings
  • Organize social events and team-building activities


💰 Financial & Vendor Management

  • Track office budgets and expenses
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements
  • Manage relationships with vendors (IT, cleaning, etc.)
  • Assist with payroll and HR documentation coordination


📢 Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise between departments and executive leadership
  • Draft internal memos and office announcements
  • Maintain and update office policies


💻 Technology & Tools

  • Oversee shared drives, phone systems, and printer networks
  • Coordinate basic IT troubleshooting with vendors
