Key Responsibilities
🗂 Administrative & Office Operations
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage office supplies and coordinate facility upkeep
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Keep common areas tidy (e.g., occasional light surface cleaning)\
🤝 Team & Staff Support
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
- Support onboarding of new hires and workspace setup
- Coordinate calendars, travel, and team meetings
- Organize social events and team-building activities
💰 Financial & Vendor Management
- Track office budgets and expenses
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements
- Manage relationships with vendors (IT, cleaning, etc.)
- Assist with payroll and HR documentation coordination
📢 Communication & Coordination
- Liaise between departments and executive leadership
- Draft internal memos and office announcements
- Maintain and update office policies
💻 Technology & Tools
- Oversee shared drives, phone systems, and printer networks
- Coordinate basic IT troubleshooting with vendors
