Financial Overview:
- Weekly Gross: Average between $1,600 and $1,800.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 total incentive.
- Base Mileage: $0.46 – $0.56 CPM (commensurate with experience).
- Hands-on Pay: $230 per trailer for box-to-conveyor loading.
- Extra: $50 for every backhaul completed.
The Lane & Lifestyle:
- Steady Miles: Average 1,600 miles per week with high-volume freight.
- Home Time: Weekly resets at home (scheduled during the week).
- Daily Routine: 1 to 6 stops per day; averaging 3–4 loads weekly.
- Shift Note: Expect a mix of night and weekend runs to keep freight moving.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Credentials: Valid CDL-A and at least 21 years of age.
- Background: 90+ days of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (last 3 years).
- Safety Record: No more than 3 total incidents in 3 years (Max 1 preventable).
- Clean History: No major moving violations in the last 12 months; No SAP or DOT drug failures.
- Logistics: Must have secure parking for truck and trailer if residing 50+ miles from the terminal.
