Position Summary:
As the Chiropractic Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems in turn, ensuring the patients needs and expectations are exceeded. Your role will be to ensure patients are correctly following the rehabilitation plan as prescribed. As the Chiropractic Intern, you will be responsible for all activities in the rehabilitation room, including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean workspace, providing hands-on support, and providing an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Be at work on time very professionally dressed and groomed
- * (clean/pressed scrubs - conservative natural hairstyles and neatly groomed mustache & beards)
- Perform a computerized range of motion assessment following the protocol
- Carry out the ordered exercise programs based on the doctor's written orders
- Administer decompression therapy following protocols (if applicable)
- Maintain all rehabilitation equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in pristine condition
- Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in the rehabilitation department
- Chart the patients progress per the clinic protocol
- Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with the treatment plan
- Assist patients as needed
- Collect success stories, testimonials, and feedback from patients
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude

Qualifications
- Current Virginia Chiropractic License Required!
- Willingness to Learn Our System of Holistic Chiropractic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical ability to demonstrate and monitor physical therapy exercises
- Strong attention to detail
- First aid/CPR certification required
