EPCS manages turn-key electrical power system construction projects throughout the U.S. EPCS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) who employs over 1,100 engineers, designers, project managers, surveyors, ROW agents, environmental planners, construction professionals and support staff in over 37 offices across the U.S. ECI has 40 years of experience in the planning, engineering and construction of a wide range of power delivery projects including substations, transmission lines, distribution systems, communication systems and industrial facilities and EPCS has over 25 years of experience in the construction and testing of power systems.

ELECTRICAL FIELD TEST ENGINEER
Location: Billings, MT; Columbus, OH; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Salem, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Antonio, TX
Description: EPC Services Company (EPCS) has immediate openings for Electrical Field Test Engineers. The successful candidates will join a team that performs testing and maintenance on medium and high voltage systems.
Responsibilities include all aspects of electrical system testing and participating in all safety and testing and maintenance as well as participation in all EPCS and client safety and testing training programs. The successful candidates will assist with testing of power transformers, medium and high voltage circuit breakers, instrument transformers, switches, reactors, capacitor banks, grounding systems, switchgear and protective relays and control systems. As abilities grow, the successful candidates will prepare quotes for testing work and will write formal test reports for clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining equipment and shipping and receiving equipment. Travel is required throughout the US with some potential for foreign travel.

ELECTRICAL FIELD TEST TECHNICIAN

Description: EPC Services Company (EPCS) has immediate openings for medium and high voltage electrical field test technicians. The successful candidates will join a team that performs testing and maintenance on medium and high voltage systems.
Responsibilities include electrical acceptance and maintenance testing of medium and high voltage apparatus as well as all aspects of AC and DC control circuit verification. Additional responsibilities include participation in all EPCS and client safety and testing training programs. The successful candidates will assist with testing of power transformers, medium and high voltage circuit breakers, instrument transformers, switches, reactors, capacitor banks, grounding systems, switchgear and protective relays and control systems. As abilities grow, the successful candidates will prepare quotes for testing work and will write formal test reports for clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining equipment and shipping and receiving equipment. Travel is a significant part of the job.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Description: EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, has an immediate openings for full-time assistant project managers. Occasional travel required.
Duties include document handling and filing, assembly of construction documents, preparation of meeting agendas, meeting minutes, project reports, document tracking logs and purchase orders. Additional duties include construction overview, material receiving documentation, quality control documentation, safety documentation, processing and distributing project related documents, supporting client relations, and supporting project financial controls. The successful applicant must be available to travel for project management and educational assignments.
This position requires a very basic understanding of contracts, change orders, invoicing, project work scopes, purchase orders and general construction documents (Company specific On-The-Job-Training for these items will be provided).
Under direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the successful applicant will provide assistance and technical support to multiple project managers and other office staff.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or similar area of study preferred); 2 years direct experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; two years of construction related experience beneficial but not required; excellent organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; working knowledge of a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), Vista ERP software knowledge a bonus; occasional travel; driving (ability to be insured to drive company vehicles). FIELD ENGINEER

(ECI) and is looking to hire Field Engineers - New and Upcoming Graduates with an engineering degree are eligible for this opportunity!
Field Engineer positions provide hands-on experience managing construction projects through on-site activities. Responsibilities include learning substation, transmission, and distribution systems; gain the understanding of project design documents of all plans, vendor drawings, installation details and specifications; confer with project managers, site managers, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, material procurement issues, design flaws, construction schedule, construction delays and system commissioning. Significant travel is required. *No internships are available with this position.
A Field Engineer is responsible for supporting on-site construction activities with documentation, ensuring project specifications are met, collaborating with project teams, and resolving technical issues. They oversee quality control, track progress, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. They may interpret engineering drawings, provide technical support, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations. The primary focus is to support engineering in the field, provide quality control and documentation.
