Technical sales of products manufactured and represented by the company
Travel required 25% of the time (50% during training) to domestic accounts
Job Responsibilities
· Customer Management: maintain and expand sales to a defined group of customers
o Communicate with customers virtually and in-person about existing and new business
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information on Method CRM
o Increase sales to customers by expanding the number of products sold
· Technical Sales: fully understand company products
o Provide the best available product solutions to customers
o Conduct sales presentations to customers
o Conduct product trials and operator training at customer sites
· Technical Design: participate in customer-facing design process and product improvement
o Collect measurements and site data from customers (virtually and in-person)
o Modify standard designs to match customer specific needs
o Work with engineering department on product improvement and R&D
Skills & Abilities
· Engineering, business or technical degree
· Steel industry background (preferred)
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, CRM products, and Fusion360
· Strong work ethic
· Team oriented
· Excellent communication skills
