Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent Stepdown/Progressive Care nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to new teams, workflows, and electronic health records
- Effective communication and collaborative abilities
