Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- ACLS, BLS certification required
- Proven experience in acute care settings
- Excellent patient assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Adaptability and curiosity to thrive in new environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct respiratory assessments and deliver evidence-based therapies
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Manage and operate advanced respiratory equipment
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans
