Responsibilities
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls, chats and emails
- Identify the customer’s needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
- Refer to written instructions for a variety of customer service topics
- Ensure customer issues are resolved to their complete satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
