Responsibilities

  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls, chats and emails
  • Identify the customer’s needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Refer to written instructions for a variety of customer service topics
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved to their complete satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
