Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 per year

My client is a top local commercial construction contractor in the Philadelphia market. We are looking to add top talent in the Philadelphia market to our team. The ideal candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in healthcare construction, ideally ground up experience locally. Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire construction process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure that all project goals and objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Manage and coordinate all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Manage and coordinate all project-related meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings.
- Ensure that all project-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that all project-related safety requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare or commercial construction, ideally ground up.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore or similar project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
