Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Experience:
• Two years of experience in office procedures required.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm; shorthand desirable, but not required.
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable software applications, such as word processing,
spreadsheets, and database management.
• Proficiency in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and further English language skills.
• Good computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Planning, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Initiative, stress tolerance, and customer-service orientation
• Organizational skills or management ability.
