Job DescriptionResponsibilities Include:
- Provide courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Communicate with Front Desk Clerks on any complaints, requests, or concerns
- Maintain the breakfast bar area in a clean and fully stocked manner
- After breakfast has ended, the breakfast bar and lounge areas are to be fully cleaned including vacuuming and dusting
- Handle ordering/purchasing of breakfast bar food and items upon completion of an accurate inventory
- Maintain the cleanliness of other main floor areas such as the pool/spa, fitness center, and public restrooms.
