We are seeking a dependable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal point of support for various operational functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
