Overview

• Join our family owned, local landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions, applying your skills in landscape, maintenance and lawn care. Whether you’re trimming, edging, or blowing, you’ll play a vital role in helping maintain a well-manicured area for our clients. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise and horticulture, and outdoor maintenance.
  
  Duties
• Perform landscape, maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand, tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming trees, installing hardscape features, and general site preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris, leaves and waste materials regularly
• Conduct routine landscape inspections to identify areas needing attention to repair
  
  Requirements
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction
• Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, tree care, and horticultural practices.
• Must have a strong work ethic, work well with others, with a focus on safety procedures when handling tools and machine
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors and various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisor
• Prior experience in landscaping or related fields is advantageous, but not mandatory, training will be provided for the right candidate.
