This position is responsible for painting or spray painting, as well as conducting quality inspections of axles and related components on the production line. The role ensures a quality axle product for placement to the chassis line in a safe and timely fashion, ensuring all products are assembled, tested, and verified to customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Spray paint materials as required.
- Achieve productivity, safety, and quality goals set by the company.
- Report any issues that may affect the delivery of axles or related department assemblies to the chassis line or final customer.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Adhere to company policies, work instructions, SOPs, and safety rules.
- Support the Quality and Environmental Policies and Management Systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
The work environment is a production facility with six assembly lines. Employees work shifts from Monday to Friday, with options for 1st and 2nd shifts (3pm - 12:30am). Personal protective equipment includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and t-shirts, with eye, ear, and hand protection provided.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alburtis, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
