Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Working to provide timely dispatching of designated calls to meet service level
requirements - Escalate issues appropriately to the Contact Center and/or Field Service Manager when
required - Assist in training and mentoring of representatives on dispatch requirements,
determination, and processes - Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills for clear instructions to drivers, emergency personnel, and customers
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during emergencies
- Multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple calls, routes, and schedules simultaneously
- Problem-solving abilities to determine the best course of action quickly
- Geographical knowledge and map reading skills to direct personnel accurately
- Computer literacy for dispatch software and logging systems
