Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive vendor orders and organize incoming stock orders.
- Oversee vendor visits while in the building.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts.
- Assist technicians with loading trucks and oil and coolant supplies.
- Responsible for escorting employees while in Parts Cage.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Warehouse, Facility, Upper and Lower Lots. Including but not limited to daily refuse removal.
- Responsible for the security and signing in and out of all equipment located in the Rental and Service cages. No cable/equipment is to be left unsecure at any time.
- Assist in monthly inventory count of Rental/Service cage, including but not limited to Cable, Load Banks etc.
- Assist in counting cable and equipment as returned to warehouse from jobs to ensure proper count is being signed back in.
- Facility maintenance and security measures as instructed.
- Follow schedule in Field Servio and complete jobs as assigned to include all paperwork needed.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, scheduling, and paperwork (Field Servio or similar systems).
- Commitment to safety, security, and company policies at all times.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to interact professionally with vendors, technicians, and employees.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or facilities support role preferred.
- Experience handling equipment, tools, and materials (cables, load banks, oil, coolant, etc.) a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory cycle counts and asset tracking systems preferred.
- Experience overseeing vendor deliveries or site visits is beneficial.
- Prior experience with facility maintenance or custodial duties is a plus.
- Experience working in a secure or controlled-access environment preferred.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices related to lifting, material handling, and equipment storage.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as required for inventory handling and cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (upper and lower lots).
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
- Manual dexterity to handle tools, cables, and small equipment.
- Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
- Visual and auditory ability to safely perform job duties and monitor security procedures.
