Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive telehealth counseling sessions to students, addressing a range of emotional, social, and academic challenges.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with students, families, and school staff to promote well-being and academic success.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress notes according to ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support initiatives.
- Advocate for student needs within the educational context, facilitating referrals to additional resources as necessary.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in counseling within school settings, with a focus on telehealth service delivery.
- Strong understanding of adolescent development and the unique challenges faced by students.
