About the RoleAs a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one-on-one with children in homeand community settings, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities include:● Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision● Implementing behavior plans and skill-building programs● Collecting and documenting session data● Collaborating with your clinical team
