Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, operationally minded Director of Marketing who can design and execute a data-driven go-to-market strategy. This leader will combine deep marketing operations expertise with hands-on experience using AI-powered GTM tools to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in strategic planning and tactical execution, blending creativity with analytical rigor. They will oversee marketing strategy, campaign execution, pipeline acceleration, and the integration of AI technologies into marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Develop a scalable GTM model that integrates AI-driven prospecting and personalization.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, lead flow, and conversion targets.
Operational Excellence
- Build and optimize the marketing operations stack, with a focus on AI-enhanced lead generation and enrichment.
- Own the implementation and optimization of our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Clay, Distribute.so, etc.).
- Set KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Campaign Management
- Oversee multichannel campaigns (email, paid, content, events) with a performance marketing mindset.
- Leverage AI tools to create dynamic, segmented campaigns that improve engagement and conversion.
- Test, measure, and iterate rapidly on messaging and targeting strategies.
Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with strong analytical and creative skills.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Hands-on experience with Clay and other AI GTM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing metrics, dashboards, and CRM reporting.
- Ability to both set strategy and execute at a tactical level in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Strong alignment with sales processes and experience improving MQL-to-opportunity conversion.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
