Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $18.75/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM $18.75
2nd Shift | 1:00 PM – 9:30 p.m. $20.25
Schedule: Monday–Sunday (varied)
Assignment: Ending in end of March ($500 bonus monthly bonus if you qualify)
Requirements: Steel-toe shoes required
Kelly Services is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution center. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with a team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Seal bags using a heat sealer (no gas involved)
- Ship and receive products
- Move and sort pallets with a manual pallet jack
- Break down pallets and prepare boxes
- Organize warehouse areas and support office/sealer room
- Assist with product sortation and loading prep
- Perform counts, inventories, and basic math as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift, move, and sort materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and punctual — able to work scheduled shifts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
