Job Title: Assembler – 2nd Shift
Location: Liberty, SC | Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Payrate: $16.78/Hr
We are seeking dependable and motivated candidates for an Operator I opportunity within a medical device manufacturing environment in Liberty, SC. This role supports the production and assembly of implantable cardiac medical devices used in life-saving therapies.
No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates with strong work ethic, stable employment history, reliability, and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, testing, and production tasks following standardized procedures
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Handle small components and repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Support production goals and team objectives
- Communicate concerns, issues, or improvement ideas to leadership
- Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities
- Comply with all Quality Management System (QMS), safety, and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance is required
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Standing or sitting for extended periods
- Repetitive hand movements and handling small parts
- PPE and specific work attire required
