Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in senior living sales leadership, preferably in a multi-site or regional role

Experience supporting Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred

Proven track record of driving occupancy growth and achieving sales targets

Strong understanding of senior living market dynamics, referral development, and community marketing strategies

Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to community Sales Directors and sales teams across multiple communities

Support the development and execution of regional sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy growth
-
Monitor occupancy trends, lead generation, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with Executive Directors and operational leadership to align sales initiatives with community goals

Assist in developing relationships with regional referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations

Implement sales training programs, best practices, and performance improvement initiatives across the region
