Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Must hold active Florida Physical Therapist license and meet state DOE requirements for working in a school setting.

Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled School-Based Physical Therapist to join a dedicated team in Kissimmee, FL for the 20252026 school year. This role focuses on enhancing students physical development, mobility, and access to learning environments, enabling them to fully participate in school activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students mobility and functional needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists

• Provide adaptive equipment recommendations and training

• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Florida PT license in good standing

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of IEP process and special education regulations
