This opportunity offers you a nursing assistant position with comprehensive training and CNA certification. We’re hiring for 12-hour shifts and looking for passionate individuals who want to join a team dedicated to excellence in care and service.

  • Starting Nursing Assistant wage | $19.25/hour
  • Shift Differential | up to $4.00/hour
  • Up to $2,000 sign & stay bonus

Job Requirements:

  • No prior nursing or medical experience is required
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Must be able to pass MN Background Check

Position Overview:

  • 12- hour shifts - work fewer days while enjoying full-time hours!
    • 6:00pm-6:00am
  • Provide hands-on personal care
  • Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
  • Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities + more!

All-inclusive Comprehensive Training & CNA Certification  

  • CNA training program = 75 hours
  • Hybrid program: training is online and in-person
  • Training wage | $15.25/hour
