Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Data Entry Clerk to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data entries, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the company. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and verify data into the company's database systems.
  • Review and ensure the quality and consistency of data entries.
  • Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data submissions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Support the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 100% ON-SITE in Irvine, CA

Additional Details

Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour
