In this position, you will play a crucial role within a multidisciplinary team, applying your clinical knowledge and skills to manage and provide care for critically ill patients. • Deliver exceptional care to patients with cardiac, trauma, and neurological conditions
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create and execute patient care strategies
• Employ the EPIC EMR system for precise documentation
• Engage in on-call duties and weekend shifts as necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Current Iowa or Compact State RN License
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI are mandatory
• TNCC certification is preferred (required for contract extensions)
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system is essential
