We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties

· Administer comprehensive massage therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, customized to meet individual client requirements

· Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ health concerns, medical history, and specific areas of discomfort

· Educate clients on effective self-care strategies, occupational health practices, and injury prevention methods to facilitate their ongoing wellness

· Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments rendered, client progress, and treatment plans in adherence to regulatory guidelines

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to ensure integrated patient care and optimal pain management

· Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by strictly following sanitation protocols and safety procedures

· Remain informed about current industry advancements, innovative techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance service quality

Qualifications

· Possession of a valid state license as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing

· Demonstrated experience in patient services, including assessment and individualized treatment planning

· Advanced proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management methodologies

· Thorough understanding of physiology, anatomy, and relevant medical terminology

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds

· Experience with occupational health concepts and med spa settings is preferred

· Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
