This highly visible position will partner with Corporate Development, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, HR, IT, and operational leaders to drive transaction execution, integration planning, and long-term financial performance. Summary

The Finance Manager – M&A and Integrations will provide financial leadership throughout the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, valuation support, deal execution, and post-acquisition integration. This individual will help evaluate acquisition opportunities, identify risks and synergies, and ensure acquired businesses are successfully integrated into the enterprise.


Responsibilities

  • Lead financial due diligence activities for acquisitions, including analysis of historical financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital, debt-like items, and cash flow sustainability
  • Support valuation modeling, scenario analysis, purchase price allocation inputs, and deal structuring activities
  • Partner closely with Corporate Development and external advisors throughout all phases of the transaction process
  • Prepare executive presentations, investment memorandums, board materials, and financial models to support investment decisions
  • Assess financial risks, potential synergies, and value creation opportunities associated with acquisition targets
  • Support negotiations related to financial provisions within purchase agreements, including working capital adjustments and earn-out structures
  • Lead financial integration planning and execution for newly acquired entities
  • Develop and monitor integration milestones, synergy realization, and cost-to-achieve metrics
  • Partner with Accounting to integrate acquired businesses into financial reporting processes, internal controls, close procedures, and ERP systems
  • Collaborate with FP&A teams to incorporate acquisitions into annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range strategic plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve M&A processes, integration methodologies, and financial reporting capabilities


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial credentials preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, transaction advisory, investment banking, public accounting, corporate development, or M&A integration
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence, valuation analysis, or post-merger integration activities
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Understanding of quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and purchase accounting concepts
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; ERP integration experience preferred
