We pride ourselves on our high-quality food, excellent service, and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our team.
Job Summary: As a Barback at 315 Cuisine, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the bar area runs smoothly. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, with the potential to advance to a bartending role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders with various tasks, including stocking and restocking bar supplies, such as glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning spills, washing glasses, and ensuring the bar is tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with bartenders and management to ensure stock is adequately maintained.
- Collect and wash used glassware from the bar and customer tables.
- Assist in setting up the bar before opening
- Run drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Juice fresh fruits and vegetables for cocktails and make syrups as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Extensive syrup/ cooking process. We make everything by hand.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Culinary Background is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cases of beverages and kegs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
