What you’ll do
- Daily agent calls to licensed and unlicensed agents
- Setting new potential agent appointments daily
- Conduct introductory zoom and in-person meetings
- Manage daily CRM for follow-up and drip campaigns
- Plan and execute recruiting events with our preferred partners
- Social media campaigns
- Weekly reports to management
- Implement creative agent outreach with social media, e-blasting, text campaigns and local events

- Strong phone skills with scripts
- Coachable

- Excellent communication and follow-up habits
- Prior phones sales experience a plus
- Real estate experience a plus
- Ability to track and report daily and weekly metrics
