We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Account Manager to enhance our digital presence and engage audiences across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand growth and alignment with marketing goals. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter) to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored to each platform and aligned with the brand's voice.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics like engagement, traffic, and conversions to refine campaigns and improve results.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and authentic manner to foster community growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging social media tools, and platform updates to continuously enhance strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent for producing visuals and multimedia assets.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track and analyze performance.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills to craft compelling and on-brand messaging.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, either independently or collaboratively.
