GTR Services is a fast-growing, hands-on contractor specializing in residential and commercial renovations, unit turnovers, and exterior improvements. We work closely with multiple property management companies to deliver high-quality repairs, remodels, and restorations—inside and out.
We specialize in a wide range of projects, including exterior repairs, unit turnovers, home and commercial restorations. Our expertise spans demolition, remodeling, and exterior renovations such as siding, soffit, fascia, concrete, decks, fencing, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS:
We are looking for Experienced Remodelers to join our general contracting team. This role involves building, repairing, and renovating structures using materials provided. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reading blueprints, knowledge of all areas of renovations preferred, and executing precise scope of work in a quality driven efficient manner with safety first in mind. Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Drywall repair, replacement, and finishing
- Painting interior walls, doors, trim, and ceilings. (Preferred, not required)
- LVP Flooring installation
- Wall framing and repair
- Cabinet installation and repair
- Trim work repair and replacement
- Bathtub and surround repair and replacement
- Faucet replacement
- New toilet installation, including removal
- Bathroom vanity installation
- Interior and exterior door replacement
- Countertop repair and replacement
- Caulking
- Appliance installation
- Light fixture replacement
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Proven experience in remodeling work, and finishing work.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
