We’re hiring a top-tier Outside Sales Consultant who’s ready to make $250K+, backed by warm leads, tight systems, and a real support team that’s got your back every step of the way.

What You’ll Actually Do

This isn’t door-to-door. Our Inside Sales team warms the lead and sets the appointment—you step in to seal the deal.

  • Run on-site roof inspections (yep, you’ll be climbing)
  • Use drones, mobile tech, and photo-based proposals to build trust instantly
  • Present clear, visual proposals with same-day pricing and digital contracts
  • Close the job with clarity, confidence, and integrity
  • Then hand it off. Our system kicks in to follow up, confirm, and coordinate—so you don’t get buried in admin

You’re a Fit If...

  • You have 1+ year of roofing sales experience
  • You’re comfortable on roofs and confident in the home
  • You’re driven by commission and motivated to break the $200K+ barrier
  • You love using tech tools (drone photos, digital docs, HubSpot, etc.)
  • You’re coachable, confident, and treat your pipeline like a business
  • You want to be part of a real team, not fighting for scraps or babysitting backend work
