Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Holds (or eligible for) Florida SLP licensure or certification
  • SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for diverse student populations
  • Adaptable; committed to innovation and continuous learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administrators
  • Engage in professional development and district initiatives
