Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Holds (or eligible for) Florida SLP licensure or certification
- SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for diverse student populations
- Adaptable; committed to innovation and continuous learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administrators
- Engage in professional development and district initiatives
