Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP certification, or in your Clinical Fellowship (CF) year
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
- Ability to adapt to various student needs and classroom settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to elementary and high school students
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Deliver services in communication support, behavior support, or multiple disabilities classrooms as assigned
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and reporting requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
