Must Have Skills:
- Strong background in insurance services and client relationship management
- Experience in marketing insurance products, including negotiating rates and reviewing quotes
- Ability to analyze client exposures and develop renewal or new business specifications
- Skilled in supporting Producer-led new business efforts
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Support Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
- Initiate renewal processes and collaborate on renewal strategies
- Analyze and compare current exposures to create marketing specifications
- Conduct marketing efforts, negotiate rates, and review coverage for competitiveness and accuracy
- Summarize marketing results and prepare professional proposals
- Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customers
- Assist in soliciting new business from existing accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service across all assigned accounts
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues
