US Marketing Manager – Luxury Retail Marketing
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + Annual Bonus (15% target; historically strong)
Job Type: Full-time/Direct hire
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 15%-20% travel requirements)

About the Role
Jellycat is seeking a US Marketing Manager to support regional brand growth, manage retailer relationships, and execute global campaigns in the North American market. You will work closely with our NA Marketing Director, London HQ, US Sales team, account managers, and key retail partners.
This role oversees the regional marketing calendar, product launches, campaign execution, sell-in toolkits, POS, content calendars, and communication between wholesalers, retailers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the annual regional marketing calendar, including launches, campaigns, and activations
- Analyze market trends and US consumer insights to shape marketing plans
- Identify US commercial and cultural moments to maximize brand presence
- Create toolkits, sales decks, catalogues, and promotional materials in alignment with global brand guidelines
- Work with social and PR teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Support key accounts and partner with retailer marketing teams on activations and content
- Collaborate closely with Sales to tailor assets to customer needs
- Maintain strong retailer and partner relationships
- Use Excel, Monday.com, and email to coordinate deliverables and timelines
- Measure campaign performance and report insights
- Support budget management with the Global Marketing Director
Requirements
- 5–8 years of marketing experience
- Experience in luxury, consumer goods, lifestyle, or retail
- Proven ability to manage retailer or wholesaler relationships
- Strong understanding of the US retail landscape
- Experience producing marketing materials: catalogues, toolkits, POS, etc.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects across regions
- Strong written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior leaders
- Self-starter, fast-paced, entrepreneurial mindset
- Positive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
