About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, people-focused General Manager to lead our casual dining restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As our GM, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, develop your team, and uphold a culture of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, cost controls, and budgeting
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff according to company standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with guests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations
- Execute company initiatives, promotions, and brand standards
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (casual or full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven success with P&L management and operational excellence
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality
- Knowledge of POS and scheduling systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha, HotSchedules)
- ServSafe certification a plus
