Direct Hire Corrections Physician Assistant Role $115,000-$135,000 per year in York, Pennsylvania
Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking for a compassionate Physician Assistant to help serve in their corrections facility near the York, Pennsylvania area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE, full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant:
- Collaborate with the medical director, conducting health screenings for corrections inmates, both male and female
- Work in a very dynamic environment, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, with some psych work when needed
Qualifications of the Physician Assistant:
- Experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a corrections setting
- Primary Care or Adult Medicine background is helpful
- Strong understanding of general screening practices, medical intake processes, and advanced sickness
- Experience with Centricity or other EMR system
- Current, Unrestricted Pennsylvania, PA Licensure
- Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program
Compensation and Benefits for Physician Assistant:
- $115,000-$135,000, flexible based on experience
- 40 Hours per week, flexible schedule
