To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a proven sales record, strong work ethic, giving and earning respect and a positive attitude. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their fencing needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services, helping clients select the best solutions for their requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
  • Relentlessly follow-up with all leads.
  • Collaborate closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of fence construction and materials a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Consistently work at a productive pace
  • Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physically able to walk long distances and uneven terrain
  • Ability to self-motivate in order to meet sales targets
  • Ability to use various technologies including Apple products, and various software programs, including ArcSite and JobNimbus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base salary + UNCAPPED commission

Benefits: Health insurance and Paid time off available after 60 days

Schedule: Monday to Friday, evenings and weekends are optional

Experience: Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred), with proven sales experience

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Clean driving record

Must be at least 21 years old for insurance coverage
