We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Independent Call Center Agents to join our team. As an independent agent, you will have the flexibility to work from home, set your own schedule, and represent reputable clients while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner.

Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, or service-related issues.

Follow client-provided scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Provide timely resolutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
-
Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and active listening skills.
-
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.

Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a computer, headset, and high-speed internet.

Must pass internal assessment

Must complete a drug test

Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
