Seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Fast Track Manager - Financial Services in the Newark, DE market. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments. Compensation:
$125,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining new financial advisors within the Newark, DE area
- Foster a team-oriented culture among staff members
- Coordinate and lead sales meetings effectively
- Identify and address any potential issues in a timely manner
- Support and drive the growth of the Delaware Sales Office
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sales management or hold a Master of Business Administration degree
- Proficiency in overseeing sales operations or a Master’s degree in Business Administration is a mandatory requirement
- Future acquisition of Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) is necessary for this position
- Consistently meeting performance targets is a prerequisite for maintaining eligibility for this role
